Sales support Administrator

Position Purpose and Objectives

The Sales Support Administrator supports the sales representatives and accounts of Advanced Solutions, primarily in the Design Software subsidiary. They will ensure a successful customer experience by supporting ASI’s customers and sales team, pre and post Sales Order. This position works closely with customers, the sales team, and Autodesk to generate sales leads and drive sales ensuring timely response, accurate orders, and customer follow-up. Additionally, assists with the automation and management of Design Software Sales Support accounts. This position reports to the Customer Care / Sales Support Manager.

Essential Job Functions

  • Act as a liaison between Autodesk and ASI sales force to deliver sales leads in a timely fashion and resolve order management issues
  • Team with Netsuite Business Analyst(s) for Autodesk Call Out Program
  • Manage new account (Customer Check) requests and account reassignments
  • Assist sales team with Autodesk Partner Center (APC) and NetSuite (NS) CRM workflows
  • Work with sales team on recurring order accuracy issues
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers
  • Crosstrain with other Customer Care / Sales Support positions
  • Assist with other duties as assigned

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Sales Experience including OPP/QT/ORD generation, Account Management, and Pipeline review
  • Attention to detail and sensitive to time deadlines
  • Must be able to multitask
  • Able to handle and resolve issues in a professional manner
  • Conducts themselves with a service-minded attitude
  • Possesses solid work ethic, self-motivated and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of programs including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems

Minimum Education and Work Experience

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Associates Degree preferred
  • 2 years of Administrative Support experience required
  • 2 years of Customer Service experience preferred
  • 1 year of Sales experience preferred
Compensation

Hourly rate based upon experience. ASI offers a very competitive compensation and benefit package including health, vision, dental, short-term and long-term disability, flexible spending account, term life insurance, and 401(k) plans.
